In this course, students are introduced to the use of customer relationship management systems, digital marketing, social media, and other technological tools to manage the customer experience. Students consider the activities and tools used to acquire, engage and retain customers in order to achieve organizational objectives.

Through experiential learning, students apply skills acquired in previous courses to a variety of case studies, Tree Fort projects, and mini campaigns. Students utilize industry-standard creative software, content management tools, and analytical tools. Media buying and creative strategies are developed for a range of digital environments and marketing situations.
